Ordering:
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur EMA Lighting will unfortunately be unable to accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and either a corrected offer or a full refund. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract of sale is confirmed only upon the supply of goods.
Klarna:
You must be a UK resident, over 18 years old and have a valid payment card to be able to check out with Klarna. There's two options, Pay Later or Pay in 3 instalments.
- With Pay Later, you can pay for something you buy up to 30 days from the order placement or shipment of your goods or when services you have purchased become available. We will send you a payment reminder with details on how to make payment to us directly. If you’d like to pay off your balance before the 30 days is up you can make a payment early through the Klarna App by paying by card immediately.
- With Pay in 3, you can pay for something you buy by dividing the cost into three equal instalments. At checkout, you’ll see an option to ‘Pay Later in 3 interest-free instalments’. When you choose this option, just enter your card details to complete your purchase. There won’t be any interest, fees or charges for using a debit or credit card by Klarna. Although your bank might charge you interest or other fees on top if you pay using an interest-bearing credit card, for example.
As of the 16th March, 2023, Klarna is introducing a late fee to their Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days payment options. Customers will only be charged late fees if they have failed to pay after they have received multiple friendly reminders to encourage repayment, and after the set grace period has passed.
Product Information:
EMA Lighting and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on our webshop that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Pricing:
Pricing and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery Service:
Delivery times are calculated in working days, Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after 1pm then the following working day will be considered the day of order for delivery estimates. In the case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days. We aim to deliver within 24 hours but sometimes due to high order volume in certain sales periods please allow 2 days before contacting us. We will attempt to contact you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. All orders are sent out via a third party carrier (which you will be notified about) or via LH Evans branded delivery vehicles and will require a signature. Failed deliveries can be attempted again at an extra cost.
A standard delivery charge of £3.99 is applicable to all orders below £75. If you purchase over the mentioned amount, the delivery is free. Ceiling fans will have a surcharge of £5.99 applied across the other due to the large size of the item.
Items out of stock
Please be advise that all items on the website are subject to availability with the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, EMA Lighting will inform customers of any known undue delay.
Returns:
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within fourteen days for exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days to process once the goods have arrived. You must contact us before returning any item to us. All goods returned must be securely packed and, unless we arrange collection, consigned to us carriage paid. If we arrange collection, we reserve the right to make a handling charge. Incorrect / Damaged Goods:
If you do not receive your products as ordered, please contact us. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact EMA Lighting immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the replacement item as soon as possible.
Export Restrictions:
Currently, EMA Lighting is only able to offer delivery to UK mainland addresses. We regret that we are unable to deliver to the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the rest of Europe (including ROI).
